The Partners elect a seven member Board of Directors that functions as a policy body and meets on a monthly basis. The Firm's day-to-day management and operations are handled by the Managing Partner with the assistance of the Administrative Management. The Managing Partner serves on the Board and also appoints a variety of other committees to manage major functions of the Firm such as Recruiting, Charitable & Community Relations, Continuing Legal Education, Diversity, EDiscovery, JCSU Scholarship and Pro Bono & Community Service.
