Jennifer Dupuy concentrates her practice in employment law, advising clients on employment counseling and litigation.
Ms. Dupuy also assists clients with general business and contract matters for physician practices and has represented health care providers in administrative proceedings.
Experience Highlights
Ms. Dupuy advises and represents clients in the following areas:
- EEOC proceedings, and litigation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and the Americans with Disability Act
