A-J Secrist represents a variety of public and private entities in securities, merger and acquisition and general corporate matters. Ms. Secrist's practice also includes general corporate and securities advice to private investment companies.

In addition, Ms. Secrist regularly advises senior management and Boards of Directors of multi-national companies regarding enterprise risk management, including the design and implementation of universal compliance and whistleblower programs.

Ms. Secrist is a member of the Parker Poe Diversity Committee.
