Brian Weyhrich works principally with clients in the area of business litigation. His experience includes managing, litigating and arbitrating cases involving trade secret misappropriation, covenants not to compete, tortious interference, breach of fiduciary duty, antitrust claims and unfair competition. Additionally, Mr. Weyhrich works with clients in commercial contract and other general commercial disputes. He is seasoned in commercial lease disputes, summary ejectment actions and other commercial real estate litigation issues.

Mr. Weyhrich also represents clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions under scrutiny by the Federal Trade Commission. He has participated from beginning to end in one of the only post-merger trials prosecuted by the Federal Trade Commission in recent years.

Mr. Weyhrich is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Western and Middle Districts of North Carolina.
