Craig T. Lynch

Board of Directors to the Firm

“I facilitate transactions, tailoring practical solutions to overcome challenges and obstacles that stand in the way of client objectives.”

Craig Lynch brings more than 27 years of experience to his commercial real estate practice, concentrating on four principal types of clients: health care providers, organizations that want to expand their presence across the country, franchisees of national brands and foreign entities pursuing in-bound U.S. real estate opportunities.

Mr. Lynch develops pragmatic solutions to obstacles standing in the way of achieving client objectives and goals. By taking a proprietary interest in his clients’ matters, he successfully enables buyers, sellers, borrowers, lenders, developers, owners, tenants and landlords to navigate all of the challenges typically encountered in real property transactions.

Working from a strategic business perspective, Mr. Lynch complements his counsel of real estate clients with his commercial litigation experience. In addition, prior to practicing law, he spent two years as a business analyst and marketing manager for Ford Motor Company.
