Elizabeth Brady concentrates her practice on corporate and business law. She has experience with handling real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Parker Poe, Ms. Brady served as General Counsel for a developer and operator of select service and extended-stay hotels.

Ms. Brady is a former law clerk to the Honorable Gary E. Clary of the Circuit Court.
