Profile

Harvey Cosper has more than 30 years of experience in both state and federal trial and appellate courts. He regularly represents hospitals, physicians, nurses, allied medical professionals, attorneys, accountants, medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies and their insurers. Mr. Cosper frequently gives lectures and presentations on topics including risk management for professionals, substantive and procedural legal issues and practical aspects of defending tort litigation.

After practicing in a small specialty firm in Charlotte, Mr. Cosper joined Parker Poe as a partner in 2000.

While at Wake Forest University, Mr. Cosper was a member of the Wake Forest Law Review.
