Carlton Fleming represents a variety of public and private entities in securities, merger and acquisition and general corporate matters. Mr. Fleming’s practice also includes general corporate and securities advice to private investment companies.

Experience Highlights

Mr. Fleming regularly advises clients in connection with their general corporate and securities compliance matters, which include:

  • Periodic reports to the SEC on Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K
  • Proxy solicitations
