Profile
James Thornton has extensive trial experience in North Carolina state and federal courts and arbitration proceedings. He has represented a variety of clients, including accounting firms, insurance companies, trucking companies, waste hauling companies, manufacturing companies, health care facilities, public utilities and municipalities.
While at the University of Kentucky, Mr. Thornton was the Associate Editor of the Kentucky Law Review.
