Profile
Jennifer Ma concentrates her practice on general commercial disputes and disputes concerning copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, false advertising, unfair competition and unfair and deceptive trade practices. Ms. Ma also has experience with copyright registration, licensing and transfers, trademark search and clearance, prosecution, opposition, enforcement and licensing, and patent licensing agreements and assignments.
While at Duke University School of Law, Ms. Ma served as note editor of the Duke Law Journal of Gender Law and Policy, was a member of the Public Interest & Pro Bono Board, and competed in Moot Court. Additionally, she completed a semester-long externship with a high-impact litigation non-profit located in San Francisco, California.
Prior to law school, Ms. Ma taught in Taiwan on a Fulbright Fellowship.
