Julie Seidenstein focuses primarily on commercial real estate and structured finance, specifically representation of mortgage loan portfolio servicers in senior and mezzanine loan assumptions, loan extensions for fixed rate and floating rate loans, loan modifications, cash management structures, leasing matters, as well as consent and general compliance issues.
While at Seattle University School of Law, Ms. Seidenstein was a board member of both the Moot Court Board as well as the Women’s Law Caucus. In 2003, Ms. Seidenstein studied abroad in Dublin, Ireland with the University of San Francisco Comparative International Law program.
