Mr. Gottehrer regularly advises clients on the legal aspects of business transactions, including the following:

• Negotiated transactions, including stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions, mergers and other similar transactions for public and privately owned companies
• Negotiated joint ventures and other strategic alliances
• Secured and unsecured lending transactions
• Corporate reorganizations and restructurings
• Representation of mortgage loan portfolio servicers in connection with loan assumptions, as well as consent, REMIC and general compliance issues
• Coordination of financings and real estate transfers in connection with mergers and acquisitions
