Kristina Young focuses her practice in the litigation of disputes, including professional malpractice, business litigation, insurance coverage, disputes over real property, and personal injury issues. Ms. Young's professional malpractice experience involves the representation of a variety of professionals, including attorneys, engineers, appraisers, real estate agents and insurance agents, and she has significant experience representing utility companies in real property litigation, including eminent domain matters and land use disputes.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Young was a law clerk for the Honorable Diane S. Goodstein of the First Judicial Circuit of South Carolina. While at the University of South Carolina School of Law, Ms. Young spent two years clerking for the South Carolina House Judiciary Committee, and also spent one summer clerking for the Honorable Chief Justice Jean Hoefer Toal of the South Carolina Supreme Court.

Ms. Young is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
