Mark Bernstein advises numerous public and private corporations and serves as lead director and member of the board of directors of a publicly traded company. He has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions and corporate reorganizations and has participated in significant corporate transactions in the steel, textile, cryogenic gas and retail industries.
