Mr. Jordan’s land dispute litigation experience includes assisting clients with landlord-tenant disputes and helping clients to obtain reimbursement for business relocation expenses in connection with condemnations by governmental agencies.

Mr. Jordan has assisted clients exploring renewable energy alternatives, including companies that use biomass and wind to generate electricity, by negotiating agreements with landowners and government entities necessary to secure the use of real property, allow the construction of new facilities, establish infrastructure and utility connections, and begin business operations. He has also assisted clients with litigation involving right of way disputes with railroads, private companies, and government authorities.
