P. Neal Cook


Neal Cook heads the firm’s Banking & Capital Markets practice group. He represents institutional lenders, servicers, finance companies and borrowers in a variety of financing transactions, including securitized loans, syndicated financings, construction and permanent real estate loans, asset based loans, and loan workouts and restructurings. Mr. Cook has extensive knowledge in the areas of commercial real estate finance and development, commercial leasing and corporate transactions.

While at Wake Forest University, Mr. Cook was the Articles Editor of the Wake Forest Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Board.
