Rich Schell concentrates his practice on a wide range of general business law issues and focuses principally on acquisition, divestiture, joint venture, venture capital and finance transactions. Mr. Schell represents foreign and domestic entities, both public and private. His clients are engaged in a variety of manufacturing, distribution, direct sale, publishing, retail and service activities.
