Profile

Bobby Mozingo has extensive experience in all phases of commercial real estate matters. In addition to his legal training, Mr. Mozingo has approximately seven years of prior banking experience and is a 1999 graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. Mr. Mozingo is also a licensed title insurance agent in South Carolina and an approved attorney for several nationally based title insurance companies.

While at the University of South Carolina School of Law, Mr. Mozingo was a member of the South Carolina Law Review

Experience Highlights

• Represents buyers, sellers, owners, developers, landlords and tenants in a variety of transactions, including the purchase, sale, development and leasing of raw land, shopping centers, office buildings, condominium projects, apartment projects, planned communities, golf courses, marinas, resort real estate and clubs
• Represents banks and other financial institutions in all aspects of commercial loan matters, including closings, foreclosures and workouts
