Profile

Alex Evins heads the Firm’s Commercial & International practice group. He focuses on a broad range of business related matters in his practice. In addition, Mr. Evins has extensive experience in the area of mergers and acquisitions as well as shareholder planning and conflict resolution.

Mr. Evins was the recipient of the 2007 Neville Holcombe Distinguished Citizenship Award for his work with numerous community initiatives and projects. This award is presented annually by the Spartanburg Area Chamber of Commerce and is its most notable award.
