William G. Pappas


Throughout his 30-year career, Bill Pappas has provided results-oriented corporate counsel to national and international clients in the biotechnology, life sciences, nonprofit, health care, manufacturing and pharmaceutical-related industries. He guides clients in various business and transactional matters that include corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, business investments and expansions, and stock and asset purchases and sales. In addition, he has substantial experience representing both domestic and foreign business entities in their private investments in the United States and abroad.

Bill currently serves as general counsel to the North Carolina Biotechnology Center, the leading catalyst for North Carolina's life sciences industry. He also leads Parker Poe's Life Sciences industry team.

He recently completed a six-year term on the firm's board of directors.
