Bill McCullough has practiced law for more than 52 years. Mr. McCullough has served as of counsel since 2004. He has a wide range of experience in general commercial practice and in real property law practice.

While at the University of North Carolina, Mr. McCullough was a member of the North Carolina Law Review.

Experience Highlights

• Represents borrowers and lenders covering a wide spectrum of loan transactions, including revolving credit, future advance lending, general real estate mortgage financing
• Represents borrowers and lenders in secured financing transactions involving inventory, accounts receivable, equipment and fixtures
• Represents commercial and industrial clients in contracts for acquisitions and sales, commercial and industrial leases, sale/lease backs, tax-free exchanges and site development issues
