Zeb Thomas focuses his practice on commercial real estate law and corporate and tax law. He has worked directly with developers in development planning and project management, and is experienced in the business and construction side of real estate investment and development. Mr. Thomas is a licensed title insurance agent in South Carolina and an approved attorney for several nationally branded title insurance companies.

Mr. Thomas is a life long resident of Myrtle Beach and is very active in the Myrtle Beach and Horry County community.

Experience Highlights

Recent projects in which Mr. Thomas has been engaged include:

• The acquisition, sale, and development of resorts, condominium conversions, condotels, hotels, motels, office buildings and shopping centers
• Representing developers in land sales, preparation of development documents, zoning matters and local government affairs
• Representing both landlords and tenants in the negotiation and drafting of ground leases, office leases, retail leases and other commercial leases involving shopping centers, office building, outpatients, resorts and other properties
• Representing lending institutions and commercial borrowers in acquisition and development loans, workouts and restructurings
• Assisting clients in various mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations
