Carolina Banker Features Article by Evan Fultz

(RALEIGH, N.C.)—The winter edition of the Carolina Banker magazine featured an article written by Evan Fultz, a Partner in Parker Poe’s Raleigh office. The article addresses the importance for financial institutions of implementing a deliberate, proactive brand strategy.
Evan Fultz, a member of the Firm's Intellectual Property group, serves as lead outside IP counsel for numerous large companies in financial services, pharmaceutical, health care, construction, and other fields. He also regularly advises businesses on their trademark and other proprietary rights throughout the country, including in connection with acquisitions, divestitures and expansions, the adoption and protection of new brands, and nationwide monitoring and enforcement programs. He also negotiates various IP-related transactions and agreements.
He received his JD from the University of Virginia and his BA, with distinction, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Mr. Fultz is admitted to the bars of North Carolina, the District of Columbia and Virginia.
