James C. Lesnett, Jr. Joins the Parker Poe Litigation Department

Parker Poe announced today that James C. Lesnett, Jr. has joined the Firm in its Charlotte office as an associate.  Mr. Lesnett practices in the areas of Antitrust & Business Torts and Commercial Litigation. 

 

Mr. Lesnett will counsels and represents clients in a range of issues, including unfair trade practices and unfair competition, misappropriation of trade secrets and trademark infringement matters  He also represents clients in consumer disputes involving the Truth in Lending Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act and other consumer issues.  Additionally, he handles breaches of confidentiality agreements and not to compete covenants, antitrust and anticompetitive business behavior and other general commercial disputes.

 

Mr. Lesnett received his JD from Harvard University and his BS, summa cum laude, from Bluefield College.
