Jason R. Benton, a Partner in Parker Poe's Charlotte office, wrote an article for the Spring 2012 issue of The Defender, a semiannual publication by the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys that is circulated to a vast audience, including members of the judiciary on North Carolina’s Supreme Court, Court of Appeals and Superior Courts, North Carolina Federal Judges and Commissioners of the NC Industrial Commission.
