Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP announced today that Jennifer L. Ma joined the firm’s Business Law practice as an associate in the Raleigh, North Carolina office. Ms. Ma counsels clients on a variety of corporate law and transactional issues, including intellectual property rights, general corporate and commercial matters.

Ms. Ma received her BA from Columbia University and her JD, magna cum laude, from Duke University. While at Duke University School of Law, Ms. Ma served as note editor of the Duke Law Journal of Gender Law and Policy, was a member of the Public Interest & Pro Bono Board, and competed in Moot Court. She also completed a semester-long externship with a high-impact litigation non-profit located in San Francisco, California. Prior to law school, Ms. Ma taught in Taiwan on a Fulbright Fellowship.
