Podcast: ADAAA Proposed Regulations for Definition of Disability

Parker Poe employment attorneys Stacy Wood and Jonathan Crotty discuss the ADA Amendments Act (ADAAA), which went into effect in January 2009, and the EEOC’s recently published proposed regulations.  The proposed regulations are intended to help interpret and define the ADAAA, which will dramatically change the landscape for most employers when they are confronted with disabilities and accommodating disabilities in the workplace.
