Spearman Featured on WCHL Podcast

Parker Poe litigation attorney, Robert Spearman, discusses the new book, A Quality Education for Every Child, on WCHL’s Who’s Talking with DG Martin podcast series. The book focuses on the continuing problems of financing and delivering a quality education to every North Carolina child. Mr. Spearman authors a chapter in the book about the Leandro v. State of North Carolina case.
