Parker Poe is Pleased to Announce that John F. Graybeal Has Rejoined the Firm in its Raleigh Office

The law firm of Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce that John F. Graybeal has rejoined the firm as Of Counsel in its Raleigh office. Since his days as a trial lawyer in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Justice Department, Mr. Graybeal’s subsequent private practice has focused primarily in the areas of antitrust and trade regulation, both litigation and counseling.

Mr. Graybeal joins the firm’s Antitrust and Business Torts Practice Group after having represented a wide variety of clients including corporations, trade associations and individuals. He has extensive experience defending clients involved in federal antitrust grand jury and civil investigations and has also represented clients in conjunction with mergers and acquisitions under scrutiny of federal authorities.

Mr. Graybeal received his LL.B. from Harvard Law School (1962) and his B.A. from Oberlin College (1959). Previously a partner with Parker Poe from 1987 to 2000, Mr. Graybeal is admitted to the North Carolina Bar. He was recently named to Business North Carolina magazine’s “Legal Elite” in Antitrust for 2005.
