Parker Poe is Pleased to Announce that Todd M. Rubin has Joined the firm in its Raleigh Office

The law firm of Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein L.L.P. is pleased to announce that Todd M. Rubin has joined the firm in its Raleigh office as Special Counsel. As a member of the Immigration team, Mr. Rubin concentrates his practice in the areas of business visas and employment-based immigration for multi-national corporations, other business entities, universities and non-profit organizations.

Mr. Rubin brings to the firm over 20 years of experience in immigration law, regularly representing clients before federal administrative agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Labor and the State Department in the United States and abroad. He has represented employers and organizations in the technology, communications and healthcare industries as well as foreign investors, university professors and families.

Mr. Rubin received his J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo (1984) and his B.A. from Pitzer College (1976). Mr. Rubin is admitted to the bar in North Carolina, New York and the District of Columbia.
