Parker Poe Names Three New Partners in Charlotte and Charleston Offices

(CHARLOTTE, N.C.)—Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP announced today that three attorneys have been elected partners in the firm.

Joshua W. Dixon is an attorney in the firm’s Charleston office. He practices in the areas of employment and labor law and litigation, and white collar criminal defense and internal investigations. Mr. Dixon received his JD in 2002 from the University of Chicago where he served on The Law Review, and his BA, cum laude, in 1995 from Wake Forest University. Prior to joining Parker Poe, Mr. Dixon clerked for the Honorable Karen J. Williams of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the Honorable C. Weston Houck of the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina.

Jennifer K. Dunlap is an attorney in the firm’s Charleston office. She practices in the areas of employment and labor law and litigation, with a primary focus on issues within the resort and hospitality industry. Ms. Dunlap received her JD in 2000 from Vanderbilt University where she served as Managing Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review, and her BA, magna cum laude, in 1997 from Southern Methodist University.

Benjamin R. (Bobby) Sullivan, Jr. is a member of the Regulatory Department in the firm’s Charlotte office. He primarily represents public and private clients in litigation and other matters involving local governments or electric service providers. Mr. Sullivan received his JD, cum laude, in 2002 from Harvard Law School and his BS, summa cum laude, in 1999 from the University of Richmond.
