(CHARLOTTE, N.C.)—The BTI Consulting Group has named Roy L. “Skip” Smart III, a BTI Client Service All-Star for 2011. Mr. Smart is a partner in the Firm’s Charlotte office and the Department Chairman for the Business Law group at Parker Poe.
Mr. Smart represents foreign and domestic businesses, including manufacturing, distribution and service sector companies. He advises his clients on a variety of business and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions.
