Craig Lynch is Elected to Vice Chair of FSU Alumni

Charlotte, NC — Craig Lynch has been elected as Vice Chair of the National Board of the Florida State University Alumni Association. In this role, he will serve on the Board’s Executive Committee, assuming the position of Chair of the National Board in June, 2017.  Lynch has previously held positions with the FSU Alumni Association Board as Treasurer, National Board member, Board of Trustees Designee and Presidential Appointee.

At Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP, Lynch currently serves on the Board of Directors and brings more than 28 years of experience to his commercial real estate practice, concentrating on franchisees of national brands, organizations expanding their footprints across the country, health care providers and foreign entities pursuing in-bound U.S. real estate opportunities.

Lynch specializes in commercial real estate transactions involving sports and entertainment venues, vehicle dealerships and service centers, hotels, apartment complexes, grocery stores, shopping centers, restaurants, hospitals, medical facilities, clinics, and doctors’ offices, manufacturing plants, distribution and trucking facilities and warehouses, office buildings, retirement communities, retail facilities, golf courses and tennis clubs, universities, food processing facilities, farms and poultry plants, dairies and feed mills, forests and timberlands, coal mines, soil, mineral and water rights, parking facilities, marinas, churches, and single-family, multi-family and mixed-use developments.

A graduate of Florida State University with a summa cum laude Bachelor of Science degree, Lynch received his law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  He is on the Board of Directors for the University of North Carolina School of Law Alumni Association, having served as President last year.

Lynch was recognized as a North Carolina Super Lawyer in Real Estate (2012-2014), was a member of Woodward/White’s The Best Lawyers in America in Real Estate Law (2011-2016) and in 2013, received the North Carolina Bar Association’s Citizen Lawyer Award.
