Jordan joins its Charleston, South Carolina office as a Partner, and will be part of the firm’s growing Commercial, Construction & Contracts Practice Group. Mr. Jordan focuses his practice on complex commercial and business litigation, and has extensive experience in matters involving commercial contracts, business torts, real estate and commercial landlord-tenant disputes, banking and financial services, consumer class actions, corporate and partnership law, asset and business purchases, piracy, health-law issues, and insurance coverage faith claims.
