Charlotte, NC—Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP, a full-service business law firm, announces its new Atlanta location at 1180 Peachtree Tower, the 41-story tower at the corner of Peachtree and 14th streets in Midtown Atlanta. The firm will celebrate the new location, its first outside of North Carolina or South Carolina, with Open House events on October 5 and 6. Guests include clients, colleagues and area community leaders.
Parker Poe occupies more than 12,000 square feet of spacious offices featuring floor to ceiling glass exterior walls with expansive views of the skyline in the Peachtree Tower, which is recognized as one of the world’s first pre-certified LEED-CS buildings. The firm opened the Atlanta office in January and was previously operating in a temporary office.
Leading the firm’s Life Sciences Industry Team in Atlanta is Robert Florence, who focuses his practice on patents and trademarks, and related business litigation with specific emphasis on complex pharmaceutical patent litigation. Additional Parker Poe attorneys in the Atlanta office focus on the needs of biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical devices and other related industries. They provide legal counsel on a broad range of matters from intellectual property to trademarking, in addition to litigation.
The Atlanta office also provides legal services for development services, education, financial services, government and municipalities, health care, insurance, manufacturing and energy.
