Atlanta counsel John Amabile was published in Corporate Counsel, a signature print and digital publication for in-house attorneys and executives. He co-authored a direct response to the Association of Corporate Counsel’s new model guidelines on data security, arguing that in-house counsel should be careful in adopting the ACC guidelines as a minimum requirement.
