Sarah Hutchins, a partner in Parker Poe’s Charlotte office, helps clients navigate civil litigation and respond to government investigations with a thorough defense. She represents entities in the areas of financial services, professional services, manufacturing, and technology at trial and before their regulators, including the U.S. Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission. She is also experienced in the areas of data and cybersecurity law, as well as issues related to fintech.

Sarah is a driving force for community service within Parker Poe, actively involved in many of its initiatives and leading the firm’s Community Service Committee. She is passionate about art and theater, serving on the board of directors for the McColl Center for Art + Innovation and as a board of trustees apprentice with Blumenthal Performing Arts. Sarah is also on the Humane Society of Charlotte’s board of directors, where she helps advocate for the protection of animals.
