Adam Sosnik focuses his practice on negotiating and structuring corporate transactions, including asset sales and purchases, stock sales and purchases, mergers, dissolutions, and complex corporate restructurings. He also has advised on issues related to boards of directors for nonprofit and for-profit organizations.
Prior to joining Parker Poe, Adam worked for several law firms in New York. He received a joint JD/MBA from Hofstra University and a bachelor's degree from Muhlenberg College.
