Adrian Dukes is a litigator. He focuses on product liability, premises liability, and professional negligence defense. He has a decade of experience representing clients in a variety of complex legal disputes, including wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and other high-exposure claims. He frequently defends clients in the transportation industry, including trucking and logistics companies.
Adrian has also helped clients resolve a range of business disputes, including involving alleged construction and design defects. He is experienced in federal and state courts, arbitration, and other methods of alternative dispute resolution.
Prior to joining Parker Poe, Adrian worked for a large insurance defense firm. He gained substantial experience litigating product and premises liability, including on behalf of an international logistics company, a national retailer, and a regional trucking company.
Adrian received his law degree and bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina.
