Alex Breazeale is a complex case litigator. She is a vital member of the firm's team of litigation and trial attorneys who handle, investigate and litigate False Claims Act/Qui Tam cases and other business fraud matters. In particular, Alex has handled False Claims Act/Qui Tam investigations and litigation arising from clinical laboratory, health care, and solar energy businesses. She has developed in-depth knowledge and experience in eDiscovery and the understanding, management, and organization of complex discovery, including document review and organization, as well as witness preparation in complex cases.
Alex also continues to litigate various design and construction cases, environmental claims, business and commercial disputes and business fraud cases.
Alex received her law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she was a member for the American Bar Association's Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Journal. She received a bachelor’s degree in business administration, in both finance and global supply chain, from the University of South Carolina. At USC, she interned with Michelin North America and Southern Company, and prior to joining Parker Poe, she was a supply chain analyst at Michelin North America. While working there, Alex managed supply chain and logistics projects, as well as the transportation budget for Michelin North America.
