Alli Davidson focuses on business litigation and white collar criminal defense. She represents clients in a variety of business disputes, including securities fraud, breaches of contracts, and noncompete violations.
Alli also represents companies and individuals in government and internal investigations, including over embezzlement of funds and political bribery. She was part of the team at Parker Poe who successfully defended a client in a high-profile federal trial that involved allegations of a political donor bribing North Carolina’s insurance commissioner.
Alli received her law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was the online editor for the North Carolina Journal of International Law and a member of the Corporate Moot Court Team. She received a Bachelor of Arts in political science and communication from North Carolina State University.
Alli is passionate about animal advocacy. She serves on the board of directors for the Humane Society of Charlotte and provides a foster home to animals in need.
