Audra focuses her practice on commercial real estate, land use, and environmental law. She assists in counseling clients with multiple large-scale development projects that entails negotiating complicated transactions and navigating regulatory issues related to land use and zoning and environmental compliance. She also assists in securing various land use entitlements, including rezonings, variances, and conditional use permits.

Audra has experience working in multiple branches of government. Earlier in her career, she served as a law clerk for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, a judicial extern for Judge Alford J. Dempsey Jr. at Fulton County Superior Court, and a legal extern with the City of Atlanta. While externing with the City of Atlanta’s Law Department, Audra wrote a paper on bike-share legislation and financing that was instrumental in the city’s dockless mobility device ordinance drafting process.

Audra speaks Lithuanian and Russian. She earned a Master of City and Regional Planning and a Juris Doctor as part of Georgia Tech and Georgia State University's dual degree program, graduating with a certificate in land use and environmental law. While in law school, Audra also completed a study-abroad program in Singapore, focused on city redevelopment and infrastructure.
