Audra Durham focuses her practice on real estate and commercial development. She earned a Master of City and Regional Planning and a Juris Doctor as part of Georgia Tech and Georgia State University's dual degree program, graduating with a certificate in land use and environmental law.

During the program, Audra served as a graduate research assistant at Georgia State University College of Law’s Center for the Comparative Study of Metropolitan Growth and contributed to reports involving the Georgia Department of Transportation's right-of-way acquisition over navigable waters and the UN-Habitat's Atlas of Urban Expansion. She also served as a summer law clerk for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), a judicial extern for Judge Alford J. Dempsey Jr. at Fulton County Superior Court, and a legal extern with the City of Atlanta. While externing with the City of Atlanta’s Law Department, Audra wrote a paper on bike-share legislation and financing that was instrumental in the city’s dockless mobility device ordinance drafting process.

While in law school, Audra participated in the Urban Fellows Program and completed a weeklong intensive workshop entitled “Study Space XI: City Redevelopment, Infrastructure, and Heritage in the Era of Climate Change,” held in Singapore. She also volunteered at the Urban Food Forest at Browns Mill and the Southern Poverty Law Center.

Earlier in her career, Audra managed educational programs and taught political science courses.

Audra speaks fluent Lithuanian and intermediate Russian. She earned a Master of Arts in political science at Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English language and literature at Vilnius University in Lithuania.
