Brandon Duckworth is an associate in the Real Estate & Commercial Development Group. He is part of a team of attorneys experienced in representing financial institutions, developers, homebuilders, landowners, automobile dealerships, and utility companies. Brandon's practice focuses on a wide range of transactions, including the purchase, sale, development, and financing of commercial properties.
Brandon is a previous summer associate at Parker Poe. Prior to joining the firm, he was a legal intern for the Office of the Tennessee Attorney General in the Real Property and Transportation Division. He attended Vanderbilt University Law School, where he earned the Hunt National Moot Court Award, served on the Moot Court Board, and was a member of the New York City Bar National Moot Court Team.
