Brendan Bailey focuses his practice on business law and corporate transactions. He advises public and private entities on mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, and other general corporate and commercial issues.
Brendan received his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was the executive article selection editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law, a member of the school's Honor Council, and interned with the Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury. He received a Bachelor of Science in business administration, in both finance and economics, from the University of South Carolina. At USC, he interned with Wells Fargo’s Legal Specialty Group, the S.C. Senate, and was a manager for the men’s basketball team.
