Daniel Bethea is an associate in Parker Poe’s Corporate practice group. He is part of a team that provides legal advice and transactional representation to an array of public and private companies. He advises clients in mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance, and general corporate matters.
Daniel earned his law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he was a member of the North Carolina Law Review.
Prior to law school, Daniel spent several years working for the Health and Medicine Division of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine in Washington, D.C.
