Diane Lidz has more than three decades of experience representing clients in commercial real estate transactions. She serves as a collaborative problem-solver who invests the time to understand her clients' businesses and listen to their specific needs.
Diane advises on the purchase, sale, and development of land and income-producing properties, as well as leasing, lending, construction contracting, and loan workouts. She has represented retail developers in acquisition and sales transactions, easement and restrictive covenant agreements, development agreements, leasing, and other areas. She has also advised landlords and tenants of various sizes in ground lease and space lease transactions for industrial, retail, and office properties, including mixed-use developments. Additionally, she has counseled landowners on solar farm leases.
Diane is a leader in Atlanta's commercial real estate industry. She has served on the board of directors for Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Atlanta and currently co-chairs its Network Committee.
In addition, Diane has an active pro bono practice. She has served as pro bono legal counsel to Temple Kol Emeth since 2006.
Earlier in her career, Diane worked for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, representing the agency in the disposition of assets of failed banks.
