Jaelyn Miller is a litigator in Parker Poe’s Raleigh office. She is a part of an experienced Business Litigation Team that represents a variety of clients before state and federal courts, government agencies, and national arbitration panels.
Jaelyn received her law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was a member of the Broun National Trial Team, president of the National Lawyers Guild, vice president of the American Constitution Society, pro bono chair of the Black Law Students Association, and a staff member for the First Amendment Law Review. She also externed with the Honorable Joe L. Webster in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. Jaelyn also received her undergraduate degree from UNC-Chapel Hill, where she double-majored in political science and public policy.
