Josh Myles has significant experience representing clients in business litigation and counseling clients on intellectual property, including trade secret, copyright, trademark, and trade dress protections.
Josh also has experience representing clients in employment disputes and counseling clients regarding enforceability of noncompetes and insurance coverage issues related to intellectual property and professional liability errors and omissions.
At his prior firm, Josh advised professional liability insurers on architects and engineers (A&E) and technology matters involving sophisticated Fortune 500 insureds and up to billions of dollars in claimed damages.
Josh is fluent in Spanish. Prior to practicing law, Josh worked for the Spanish Ministry of Education, teaching English (ESL) to high school students in Talayuela, Spain.
Josh serves as chair of the governance board for Concrete Jungle, an Atlanta nonprofit that transforms underutilized fruit trees and land into a year-round food source for food banks, shelters, and people in need.
