Claire Hall assists clients with all aspects of expanding their manufacturing and distribution facilities throughout the Southeast and beyond, with a particular focus on state and local incentives. She also helps clients establishing their first U.S. operation navigate the many legal issues related to their new venture. Prior to law school Claire lived in Germany and Austria and worked in Ladson, South Carolina, for a German automotive supplier.
A former public defender for Spartanburg County, Claire represents clients in criminal investigations and prosecutions in all South Carolina state and federal courts. Claire has also practiced in civil litigation and began her legal career as a law clerk for Judge Larry Hyman in Conway, South Carolina.
