Marshall Jones is a litigator who focuses on business disputes and white collar investigations. He is a former law clerk for Judge Max O. Cogburn Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.
Marshall earned his law degree from the University of Virginia, where he was production editor for the Virginia Environmental Law Journal and volunteered with the Innocence Project. He earned his bachelor's degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and was part of the Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity.
Outside of work, he enjoys military history and biographies, kayaking, and fantasy sports.
